That depends on so many things! If you're a size 30, you might have to lose 2st before dropping a clothes size whereas a size 10 would see a difference with half a stone! |

Sensible portioned nutritional diet with copious amounts of adventurious sex at least once at day for 30mins were you do the majority of the movements such as thrusting (strapons), riding, straddling etc. Giving you a full body workout. Work up a good sweat on each session...

If you had 3 egg whites 1 whole egg scrambled with skimmed and 3 rashers of turkey bacon every day for 3 weeks.
Only drank water or flavoured tea bags.
Took a table spoon of MCT oil every day.
Cauliflower rice with chicken and vegetables and variations of that. Kept to under 50 grams of carbs a day. You’d lose fat. |

A dress size In 3 weeks ain't that rapid silly fad diets can make you do that in a week..no snacking no fizzy drinks hardly any carbs(dont cut them out through)lots of protein and veg and it's not unhealthy either |

If you crash diet your body will think your starving- which you are. The body will take fat from other areas of the body like the face, neck, feet, etc. Before it takes it from the the waist as this is your survival reserve and is often used last.
To lose the waist area you need to do a gradual controlled diet with exercise |

You cant in a sustainable and safe way
Lift weights .. count caliries and macros and be patient and consistent and results will come
Mind you i lost 13.5 stone of useless fat the day i got divorced so anything is possible ..

Google lose a stone in a week. There's a diet that is basically grapefruit and eggs amongst other things. You have to follow it religiously but I lost 12lbs in a week when I did it. It's great if you need to shift a bit before an event. I use it when bad habits kick in and I want to kick start the healthy eating regime. It gives me motivation and isn't meant as a long term solution. |

Do you want to lose weight quickly and increase your chances of repeated yo-yo dieting?
Fast, massive weight loss tends not to be sustained weight loss.
Better to aim for sustained weight loss, that's achieved healthily. Typically too, combined dietary and physical activity levelsl changes would be preferable to just rapid, extreme weight loss. |
