It's not that I am surprised that people bring "preferences", more surprised at the way they declare things as if they were fact (particulary on the forums) when mostly their declarations are generalisations.
I am really interested to understand the rationale behind people carrying these overriding prejudices against certain skin colours, races or religions.
Don't spose anyone is gonna enlighten me tho. |

Personally I don't have a problem with people's preferences at all. It's when they start blaming the nations ills on Muslims, blacks, immigrants etc that I take offence to.

While absolutely NOT meaning any disrespect to anyone, it seems we tend to assume swingers are something special just because they are swingers when in fact swingers are just members of the public/society just like everyone else.
We would not consider ourselves racist or bigots and we would never refuse a person on the basis of skin colour or religion.
What matters to us is feeling 100% comfortable with people if they are to be friends and or swing-friends. To that end some cultures/societies we are not comfortable with and so it comes down to personal preference, likes and dislikes.
That is the truth about us and no matter what anyone else chooses to think it will not change that truth, equally I dare say it will not stop some folks from choosing to read something else into it and believing their own assumptions instead  |
