Toast pizzas...
lightly toast bread
Spread with mix of olive oil and tomato purée, or just ketchup if you’re not posh
Add anything - chopped ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tuna
Add grated cheese
Sprinkle with oregano
Grill to melt it all
Hey presto - toast pizza

Yum that’s good. My daughter taught me this twist, smash the avocado with fresh lime, olive oil, chopped coriander, chilli flakes and salt |

Tomato, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil (bruschetta)
Fried mushrooms, garlic, parsley (and maybe a splash of wine) |

White bread toasted with jam.
Wholmeal bread toasted with banana
Sometimes I do brocoli cheese and bacon on wholemeal toast too.
And you really can't beat a cheesy beano |

Two pieces of bread (preferably two slices of a brioche loaf). Nutella, some broken pieces of chocolate. Bang it in a toastie maker. Sprinkle icing on when it’s ready! |

I have to admit to making a FCT sandwich
piece of buttered toast, 4 fish fingers, sliced tomatoes, cheese, grill the cheese so it melts, add salad cream, top with other piece of real buttered toast |
