Walking down the only road I've ever known! |
"That I've spent most if the day in bed.
Due to the fact I just can't be bothered with the outside world today.
Nope, I’ve felt that way for the past week."
You need to find a day when you can do it. |

PP you are not used to having time for yourself, your life is normally very busy. I (her) am actually quite glad that you have had a chill out day and done nothing other than relax.
Hugs for you x |

We all need a reset day from time to time. While I can't spend the whole day in bed (Vic probably can!) I need my alone days to stay sane. I manage depression (it doesn't define me) and it's absolutely fine not to want to be around people. As long as you understand cause and eventuality. Cognitive behavioural therapy works wonders I find.
Hope you're well OP |

"No. I’m utterly jealous. "
Really ??
I'm actually concerned
I genuinely do not think it healthy
Iv only ever wanted to be in bed for so long when really Ill and felt I've wasted my precious life or when in the company of a lady
So actually I think the OP did sound symptomatic of something wrong and nothing I'd aspire to ??? |
