Thing is Dad bods often have a 6 pack? You can see my abs, but I class myself as having a Dad bod as my job keeps me fit, but in a way because of this I can't hit the gym as often as I like.

I still think it's fairly niche that women like bigger guys to be honest, so I wouldn't switch just yet! Plus people use dad bod to mean a whole load of different things as is clear with the posts here. But it's horses for course I guess. |

I like broadness and strength rather than defined muscles so maybe a dad who does a physical job?

I don't mind mum bod actually. It's probably more relevant than dad bod, as there's undeniable evidence on my body of being a mum. Bottom line though, who cares about any of it really? We all either fancy each other or don't. I get what someone said about how threads like this can get divisive but they can also be quite good for reassuring people that people like all sorts and they don't need to aspire to what they think folk are attracted to or beat themselves up about it.

Neither. I am mostly attracted to slim, slightly muscular physiques... I love toned, defined arms and shoulders and strong legs. A flat stomach, but not necessarily a 6 pack.
My husband is the only dad bod I am attracted to, haha... they are a serious turnoff for me, but I couldn’t keep my hands off him this morning! |

Definitely a dad bod here which I was going to say was unfortunate until I read this thread...although it can be confusing because most meet requests you read and a lot of profiles you read they almost demand gym fit/athletic type bodies....but i suppose it's good to know we're desired by some |
