Cups of tea a day?

I'm currently averaging 10 a day, which doesnt seem like a lot till you realise that is one every 90 mins.

I'm starting to worry I have an addiction

I (kat) have about 4 cups of tea and a couple of ltrs of squash John has about 3 big mugs of coffee and a couple of lattes and 1/2 cans of pepsi max xx

Normally 3 or 4 teas/coffees per day - any more than that and I'd be permanently in the loo!!

I used to drink easily 10 a day when my old boss would always ask whose round it was as soon as he'd slurped the last mouthful of his current brew, I was going for a piss every five minutes and couldn't sleep for all the caffeine! Down to two or three a day now

I don't drink tea but anywhere between 1 and 6 coffee's a day depending on what I'm doing and what mood im in.

I normally load up about 4/5 coffees a day... 2 in the morning & 2/3 after lunch as it’s when I normally crash

According to my mum, I'm sweet enough that I dont need to put sugar in anything
