Why do people leave photos on there profile from years ok just see a account with photos from 2011

Have they not changed in 9yrs

This annoys me too. Maybe they looked good 10yrs ago but does not mean yhey look good now. No excuse for not having updated pics. I think admin should be able to delete pics more than 3yrs old.
