I have to be the ‘test subject’ got my mates practical PT exam. They have to watch her giving me a personal training session using every machine, plus floor work so you’re talking your jumping jacks, burpees and all that bollocks.
REALLY not up for this plus I have a cold and a sore fanny. Can’t let her down though!! |

I've heard Nutella is really good for a sore fanny! Just take it out of the bottle first |

For a moment I thought you said you had a cold sore on your fanny. So relieved after re-reading.... |

Done it. Awkward cos the guy assessing her was fit! Going on a spin bike when you’ve already got a sore fanny is not pleasant at all!!
Aww and she’s just whatsapp’d me to say she’s passed |

Normally going out with my mates...... one in particular!
But most stupidest thing - I had a conference mid-week in Liverpool. One of my friends lives there, party animal. Ended up meeting up & day drinking the whole way through the night.
I had to be up at 8am for a 9am all day conference - lets say I attended in person, but my head was in a bowl most of it. |

Once abseiled down the lift testing tower in Northampton.
Got metres and feet mixed up - local lighthouse is 100' high, I figured the tower at 125m high would be not much taller.
Nearly shit myself when I found out, but I'd got sponsorship so couldn't back out. I'm terrified of heights. |
