Depends on work etc.
Usually a few times a week but the tends to be a couple of times a day when actually off work and then the rest of the week depends if we see each other and when we do if we’re not too knackered |

Wanking - whenever I find myself alone, which is a couple of times a day, for maybe two days a week. Really it's something I do when I'm not distracted by life. |

Sex probably about once every two weeks on average though it can be less or longer.
Solo I'd say 4 days in a week, usually multiple times. Less if I have sexy plans though as I like to save myself  . |
