It shouldn't be about age, it should be about connection, similar likes and what is pleasing to the eye. Fortunately we are all different so there is a wide variety. |

I like older women, but I tend to draw the line if they go shopping with one of those square tartan bags with the little plastic wheels and pull out handle. When I see that I just can’t get the image of my gran out of my head. |

Older women are great. The term older woman goes by the age gap rather than her actual age though.
ie: a 30 year old guy dating a 50 year old lady looks very hot. As does a 30 year lady dating at 50 year old guy.

I’m 50+ I’ve never been to bingo, I don’t like Werthers and I don’t want to go to funerals. I’m happy being over 50, I have a great life. I don’t envy young people and I don’t want to be one.
Being a part of someone’s tick list simply because I’m considered an older woman doesn’t appeal to me. I just want people to like me for being me |

It doesn't really bother me, I wouldn't meet someone who seemed to concentrate solely on my age but if being significantly older than them was something of a turn on for a guy I don't have a problem with it. I really dislike the stereotyping, insulting younger women in an attempt to flatter me will have me reaching for the "no thank you" button as will oft repeated jokes about bingo. Also if I get so much as a sniff that a guy thinks because I'm older I'll be in any way grateful or less "work" than a younger woman because I'm either desperate or my partner isn't able I'll be off quicker than you can say "Michael Parkinson's free pen". |

I'm 36 and my sons think I'm old because I didn't have Google when I was at school..
They actually ask me about the olden days.
My eldest laughs about my inability to use the xbox and I have to remind him I taught him how to use a spoon.
It's great to see that according to this thread I'm actually too young! |

I don’t feel my age at all.
However I know exactly what I want and don’t compromise ( mostly)
I think I got to the point of realising it is all about me and what I want, not just here to tick off someone else’s fantasy. Unless it appeals to me anyway
