I don't have an ideal scenario, nor would I want one...I believe that hoping for a specific outcome will only lead to disappointment.

I prefer to just meet new people and let things progress (or not) naturally.

I largely agree, although I think my answer is vague enough that it covers similar ground.

What I've got - my beast

but without the issues that have caused us to take a break in the past. So full trust. Good communication. Openness. And time and finances to enable us to spend time with each other despite the distance we live apart
