Watching The Last Stand. I'm trying to enjoy it but all I can think about is what MPG this 1000 BHP Corvette is getting.
What typical Hollywood logic makes you laugh? |

The road distance is around 360 miles (to Tijuana) but the I15 can be a real bastard road (traffic & accidents) and there are loads of HP vehicles.
My last trip from San Diego to Las Vegas took nearly 12 hours due to a complete shut down of the interstate North. |

Old westerns are the worst... The colt 45 was a six shooter with very limited range.... but in Hollywood it never runs out of bullets and has lazer beam acuracy. ..  |

Shot and stabbed characters never go into shock.
The bad guys can't hit a barn door from 10 yards, the good guys have accuracy like snipers.
The fight scenes. The Warriors was the worst one, they get outnumbered in a gang fight yet the other guys take it in turns to get beaten up than all jump The Warriors at once! |

When you’re driving as fast as possible but need to go faster, you change gear (yet again) and push the accelerator down even harder.
Even the 66 LeMans film, supposedly made by people who know about cars did this |
