"How come I can party all night and feel fine but no sleep because of insomnia and I'm completely done in! " your body needs to have rest at some point I'm the same i can go weeks with very little sleep, then have maybe 6 hours sleep and feel really exhausted it must be a brain thing and as soon as I'm awake i need a pee so have to get up |

It's a one off! If I'd been out partying I'd be fine all day but no sleep at all insomnia and I'm knackered! |

I havent slept a wink, really intense migraine which let me to throw up and curl up in a ball on the sofa for the brunt of the night. Just in work now and it's starting to lift now that I've taken enough Ibuprofen to tranq a horse |

It's a one off! If I'd been out partying I'd be fine all day but no sleep at all insomnia and I'm knackered! maybe the partying was heightening your endorphin levels and the night of sleep loss was because of the high "
