Technically, a symposia screening of Vex Ashley's ethical porn company Four Chambers films. It was hot. Two women wrestling and rimming etc in a warehouse.

But before that, Apocalypse Now. Definitely benefits from the big screen.

I'd watch it again - the hesitation of using "enjoyed" was more around the subject matter and there are some films that "enjoyed" just doesn't seem right (Schindlers List being a good example)

I haven't seen 1917, but the effects on the audience you describe after its end, reminds me of an identical scene at the end of another film.

It was A Star is Born, with Barbara Streisand & Kris Kristofferson, in the 1970's. The film finishes with her powerful singing some song, building to a crescendo and as her last notes fade away, the screen goes blank, then the credits roll.

Silence! No-one in the packed auditorium moved even as the lights came on. But plenty of people were dabbing their eyes, including many guys, each claiming, "got something in my eye!"

Bad Boys 3 is surprisingly good

Greed has its moments

Emma was not as good as Clueless

1917.

Great film. A Tear jerker.

Very well made. Dont be put off thinking it's just another war film.

Highly recommend

Greed. Had one or two funny moments, but nothing outstanding.

The Favourite - for the 2nd time. Would watch it again. As saw a few new things 2nd time round and think even more on the 3rd visit.

*Do go to the cinema to watch other films - not a total sado!

Star Wars, the original one that is, think it was either 1978 or 1979. I was still at primary school anyway I remember that so it must have been around that time.
