What cake will I go for

Jump to: Newest in thread

By (user no longer on site) OP     over a year ago

Tomorrow am 52 and since am not doing nothing till Saturday. Family reasons.

It looks like I be home alone tomorrow.

So am away to Tesco this afternoon.

Am buying myself a cake.

Will I go for a cheap jam sponge or spent £2.70 on a Tesco deluxe range

Somewhere In The Ether…

I’d recommend to forgo one mere cake, instead go for a birthday fuelled binge on Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Damn, they’re gorgeous!

"Red velvet cake is definitely a winner, make sure it's extra moist though! Have a good birthday tomorrow OP, x"

I did have two at one point.

My friend she went to Tesco and brought the 1st two cakes.

I was then on somewhere else joking around about having no cake this morning. And next thing my twin brother called in with a red velvet cake my favourite. And a large tub of cream .

So 3 of use ate one. I have one more for my birthday. And one more for our party Saturday night. 52 and never been ??

"Treat yourself to a beautiful cake, its a special day so enjoy a designer cake "

As the family not doing anything till tomorrow afternoon am just having a Tesco deluxe red velvet cake with extra cream today all by myself.

I have a spare salted caramel cake in fridge for tomorrow.

But I have a funny feeling my twin brother's other half will have big cake for the two of us. Or a big box of buns like last year. She can get carried away with birthdays

I posted on Facebook on Wednesday about having no birthday cake. On Thursday I got 3 and today I got 2 more and a box of 12 different types of cupcakes.

And twin brother says his other half has a cake booked for tomorrow's lunch
