Don't smoke and minimise drinking - good ways to maintain skin elasticity for a bit longer. Otherwise embrace it - I'd say let your hair go grey, don't worry too much about bits that sag or change shape. Confidence is sexy. |

Bugger that. I want to enjoy it, not worry about it. It's mostly genetics anyway, I don't believe there's too much you can do about it. |

Why grow old gracefully. We still want to do the same crazy things we do that entertain us, we still want to be daft on a daily basis which make us laugh so much. We still feel really young in our minds, and our bodies are still holding up not too badly at this point in time, so bugger growing old gracefully, we want to still be young and fully embrace life snd do the crazy and daft. |

Your age doesn't have to define who you are so be a disgraceful as you want
Saying that I've started to notice fine lines and I don't like it, I've always got away with looking younger than my age |

Doing it disgracefully and enjoying every minute. I’ve found the older one gets, the more comfortable you are in your own skin! Used to worry about what others thought....p These day’s I don’t give it a second thought |

"Any tips to do it gracefully? "
Absolutely not.
This is your last chance to live. Do it.
Look how you want to. Do what you want to.
And let those who want you be your friends.
x Graceful indeed x |

Am 52 tomorrow and my plan is cake with as much extra cream as I can. And I have stopped worrying about it after someone said I was to old to play Airsoft a few years ago. When a friend's son needed me to take him. And me and my friend spent the day embarrassing him in our late 40s running around like big fool's
So Life to short to be worried about what people think. I dress more I please myself more and I try to piss off anyone who bugs me more . |

I’ve no intentions of ageing gracefully. One of the bones of contention with my ex hubby was that I refused to change me and be more mature in how I dressed and behaved- he meant be more conservative!
As long as you love life, age in whatever way suits you. Whether it’s quietly conservative or loud and proud x

I think ageing well is a better term than ageing gracefully. Gracefully to me implies genteel women wearing their hair in a chignon
Ageing well to me means not getting stuck in a rut with your clothes and hair. Staying in touch with current technology, culture etc. Not falling into the "not in my day" trap and just generally maintaining a youthful attitude to life.
