Does anyone know how to deactive a built in cam so i can use an external one? please help

Disable the cam driver in your control panel I think.

I'm a bit thick so might be wrong

You dont need to deactivate...when u go into chat click on settings...then on the cam icon, a list of available cams will come up...shoose the external cam. Making sure it is up and running of course.

you need to got to start..control pannel, find the folder or option scanners/cameras, find the onboard cam and click disable
