Theres a market for starving and abused children....hed be regarded more for helping that cause instead of some selfish personal interest...but of course, the interest on his billions alone could cover that....maybe not so satisfying for him huh? |

I mentioned to Siren a few weeks ago when all the 100 year anniv progs of Titanic was on TV that it would be great if someone built a replica, and now this guy is. Brilliant!
Where do I sign up for it's maiden voyage? |

Really? That boat is doomed
It's good that he is creating jobs doing this (rather they were in uk tho) but I see a disaster coming. They all go on about the amazing ship that it was. It sank ffs! |

Im surprised that no-one has done this before now
I would love to see it and even better actually go on it
I agree with couple123 that it would be fantastic if it was built where the original was built

"Why is it doomed? It's unlucky to be superstitious you know.
I know but I am. Probably to do with my ex wife. The fkn witch "
The original sank mainly because it was travelling too fast through an icefield. Re-enactment in simulators have proven that if she was travelling at 10 knots and not 21 she would have made the turn in plenty of time and missed the berg.
