For me personally, HSBC and Citroen Aftersales have offered good experiences. |

B&Q are really good. I ordered the wrong think on line then realised days later and phoned, they sorted no fuss no extra charge and I even got a discount on the item I wanted as it was being reduced. A result as I see it and a great company.  |

Halfords for me....bought tent combo online n one of the beds had a slow leak.....took only the bed back as were passing one of the stores on way back from camping, no receipt n they exchanged it no probs....  |

I called United Utilities the other week to report sewerage leaking into the river next to my house during the heavy rainfall.
An engineer called me back 5 mins later for more information, he was at the house within 20 mins and a big drain camera digger-thingy was there half hour later.
The engineer came back to tell me what they had done and then the office called me later to check that everything had been satisfactorily resolved. Was impressed... |
