Morning,
I have trouble sleeping as have a lot going on and can't switch off. So keep waking up after a couple of hours of restless sleep and planning what am I going to do next.

Woke up half an hour ago and made the fatal mistake of picking up my phone..
Do I try to get a couple more hours sleep or admit defeat and call today an early start?  |

7am is my usual get up time so I’ve got another couple of hours but I really can’t see sleep happening again now  |

You have 2 choices either get up or put ya phone down and try and grab that extra hour. |
