I chatted far to briefly with a fantastic beautiful red head, but I had a down day and as usual fucked it up. I don’t want any replies I just hope they read this and see how much I actually do regret how I handled things and to say soz. |

Then a simple sorry will suffice. If she liked you enough to offer to help you then she should understand that whatever circumstances were going at that time were stressful and caused you to be out of character. |
