I was feeling rather blue most of today, very unlike me.
Since I got home I’ve really been cheered by a few things and now I feel very positive again.
Thank you for asking op.
I’d ask about your feelings too but I see a few already have and I know it can become very tiresome when you keep having to repeat yourself.

After a couple of weeks off work I'm well rested, it's half term so I have all 3 kids around me which makes me happy.
I'm overthinking things atm also and deep down I know I will never get answers I need to move on from a life event which haunts me, sometimes daily.
But I do the best I can x |

Doing ok. I've been off work since before xmas due to a shoulder operation. I feel weak and skinny and a little bored. Can actually do with going back to work just for a change of scenery!  |
