I love something of all genres of music but must say the blues are my greatest passion but have always been curious why indigenous African music such as Ladysmith Black Mambaso seems to touch deeper in me..like it hits something only the mind understands without revealing the reason..same as African drumming...I trance dance sooo easily to African music...could it be that it touches something that lays dormant within the human spirit..after all it was the root of humankind.  |
