Wish I did. Never had any of my own birthday cake/wedding cake. It’s just the texture. Can’t stand it. Love cookies and chocolate and pastry based cakes though  |

Not really although I'll eat it if there's nothing else.
My absolute favourite is a home made (with top quality ingredients) Victoria sponge with jam (raspberry) and buttercream and a dusting of icing sugar. |

Similar to the topping I use, Philadelphia, icing sugar and folded in whipped cream. Good for the arterys too |
