I’ve got a stainless steel one and a silicone Oxballs one. The silicone one is a lot easier to put on and get off but the SS one gets much better results !!!

I have tried a number and find the correctly sized metal ones are much beter than silicone or leather strap types. My favorite though is the one with a large anal ball attached to it by a metal arm.

I used a cock sheath once covers half of my shaft with nobles a pain to get it on I came and carried on as you do for round 2 forgot it was on there obviously I had deflated a little and lost it

I had to go and retrieve it

It fits more tightly than the silicone one, wasnt made to measure, I just got a piece of string and wrapped it round the base of my cock behind my balls and against my body to gauge the correct size. Fits perfectly. Bit of a knack to get it on but once on it’s great.
