I'd go for Vettel. I think he isn't quite the same level as some of the guys. I feel like he isn't a number one or number two. But a number one and a half |

"Whats the verdict on all the number 2s?
Bottas 3.0, Albon and Vettel? "
1)Bottas.. doesn't have that killer instinct over a season
.
2)Albon.. still has a lot to learn
.
3)Vettel.. tries too hard and makes unforced errors

"1.
This.
They are both younger than my son, so sex with either would just feel wrong.
I think they both have a chance of being a future champion. "
U must have had ur son very young as lewis is only 11yrs younger than urself. Xx |

"I wonder what he will do if Ferarri let him go. I think there are better options for the top teams. I think he would call it quits. "
Vettel out, who in? |

"Surely given the imminent threat of climate change there should be a total global ban on all motor ‘sport’ ?
Even as a former rally driver it now seems totally pointless "
Why just ban motor sport every game of football or rugby or large concert has thousands of people getting into cars to attend these events. Let’s ban every thing |

Williams F1? Comeback or game over?
"
Game over at the moment they don't seem to have the resources for all the new technological advances in recent seasons |

Le clerc will challenge ham, vettel has lost the edge and vertsappen is too impetulent.
Roll on the new season, I've loved f1 since i was a kid, but I've questioned the morality of the sport (and motor sport) with climate change etc.

As a former rally driver myself, I disagree wholly with this sentiment. Global Shipping pollutes more than cars and aircraft do combined. And Motorsport releases only a FRACTION of the emissions that everything else does. It's a pointless arguement that people just jump on to try and appear to be eco friendly |

I totally get its only a fraction, me putting my recyclables out is only a minute part too, if every one does it though it makes a difference - all be it a small one.
There's good arguments both sides, thats all I'm saying

But the others are true sports and often thrilling.
It’s been done to death - whizz around a circuit, win a cup, spray Champagne. Boring. |

Name a sport that isn't repetitive
Football - 22 men try to get a ball in a net for 90 minutes. Then next week do the same
Boxing - Two men get into a ring and punch each other
Golf - Don't get me started on golf |

Verstappen is by far the most naturally gifted driver on the grid unfortunately his refusal to learn from his own mistakes and others advice (world champions at that) is his Achilles heel. Hamilton isn't the best at handling pressure (not the worst mind) it cost him a world championship. Despite him blaming reliability, first you need to be 100% reliable yourself and he fucked up 4 races when Nico beat him, a better result in any one would have got him the championship. Le clerc is another phenomenal talent, but I don't think Ferrari will push him to the front of their driver paring which is going to cost him dearly. If red bull can build a car that's on par with the merc it'll be a close run thing between them. Ferrari, I fear, will be picking up the scraps left over. |
