Life can be stressful at times... especially financial strain..

Stress isn't about one thing it's not an easy thing to fix some stressors are even helpful for the mind. It's about having the chance to destress when that stress becomes overwhelming and an issue for health. |

I think it's this horrible weather... so many people are feeling run down. It just makes everything seem worse than it actually is. Bring on the sunshine x |
