What one have you got?
I remember meeting a guy off my old fitness forum who douched my arse with the pump and nozzle one using warm water. He bent me over the sink, pulled my knickers down, squirted it up my arse then sat me on the toilet and stood there watching me as the arse juice dribbling out. Didn’t bat an eyelid, just asked if I wanted a cup of tea. |

Get relaxed and have a bowl or sink of warm water to hand - use a soapy finger to lightly lubricate yourself then fill the bulb of the douche with the water and insert and squeeze (either lying on your back or with one leg on the bath are the easiest positions I have found) - hold the liquid inside and move to the toilet to release it.
Repeat until you are clean
Make sure to clean the douche thoroughly with hot water afterwards |

I use a shower attachment I got from the Jungle site for about £14 if I remember rightly. I ensure the water temperature is tepid and the flow rate is gentle. Use a bit of lube to assist if necessary Fill for about 5 s, then dive over to the loo to release . 4-5 fills and it runs clear. Then I always do a test with a dildo to ensure the water is out and there’s nothing lurking. Then have my shower as normal. Squeaky clean and ready for whatever happens. |
