Hefty Hideaway

Muddy Fox.

I loved it and had it for about 10 years. She could handle the Moors like a mountain goat.

Borehamwood

I can't remember what it was, but it had a pedal brake. I had some painful accidents when I got a regular bike and pedalled backward to stop.

Mine was a Raleigh similar to a bluebird.

What was it with little kids bikes only having a front brake. It caused many facial injuries.

The only way we could get bikes to make noises was if you pegged playing cards to the forks so that they were sticking through the wheel spokes old school

They made a horrible rumbling noise and got easily caught by a cross wind.

Yeah true, the disk would crack somehow aswell and made bike wheels slower.
