Aggggggggggggh there’s no milk!

Its raining cats and dogs, I can’t bring myself to go out for milk so......anyone got any suggestions for using things in the house that looks like milk and tastes a bit like it for my coffee?

It is a good idea to have a small tin of Coffee Mate in the house as a back up to milk/cream.

Icecream would be a good substitute for cream in my coffee, as I only make my icecream with cream - a mix of whipping and double to be precise!

I always keep a little tube of dried milk int cupboard for these occasions as well as flour and yeast.
