I might be going there for 2 days and would welcome some suggestions as I've never been to that part of England.
All I know is that it's an old roman city? |

Take a boat trip by pultney bridge. On a fine day it's rather lovely. Takes you past the church and then back again right up to the impressive water steps. |

As with most cities... it closes at 5pm...
Other than a theatre and bars and restaurants... you could wander around for 3 hours and window shop!!! |

There is a holiday inn pretty much right in the centre. I know it's a holiday inn but it's a nice place to stay |
