there's a charity in this area that goes out every night and gives food, clothes, washing kits etc to homeless people. In the recent bad weather shelters were opened on the worst night, they allowed pets in too. |

It isn't, its something that's very important to most homeless people. The charity in this area always carries clean underwear etc so that their clients can maintain their dignity |
