Is eastenders still just basically a lot of loud people screaming, shouting and crying at each other and all without washing machines?
I dont watch tv.

I don't watch soaps, but I can have Eastenders on in the background and it not grate on me, with the others however I feel like I'm in Gods waiting room and have to turn them over. I'd seriously rather have adverts on than the drone of Corrie.

Corrie by a country mile - it manages to combine humour and serious issues perfectly, is very well written and observed and leads you to genuinely care about many of the characters.
Eastenders I just find depressing and unrealistic and very very ranty |

Definitely this. I used to watch them about 15 years ago but it’s hardly light entertainment anymore from the bits I catch every now and then! |
