I'm not moving from my bed now. I've done the bathroom dash then made a brew and I can honestly say its effing freezing, theres a howling wind outside and my bed is snuggly and warm. Yes I have room if anyone wants to join me.

Good morning PP and all
Well that's me (her) with a cold and feeling a bit rough... my thanks go to patient zero aka Mr for spreading the love 
Anyway, a busy work day ahead and we should be doing a run this evening. Fingers crossed I feel ok for it, i don't want to miss it if I can help it.
