I think I've reached a point where I'm finding everything on fab a bit boring. There's never a rush of excitement when anyone new messages me or if I spot a hot profile. Usually after first glance I'm back to rolling my eyes at something.

Am I a bit broken?

Does this make me one of those time wasters?

I'm the same at the moment and have been for month or two, I think it's more to do with the people who contact me, how boring their profiles and pictures are and the assumptions they make about meeting me.

Most of my messages are from men who just choose to totally ignore what I am looking for, as what I want is totally irrelevant

The love in is great but at times unchallenging if you get me. I like a controversial thread or 2 to spice things up. As for messages from new people, they still excite me

Might just take some people a while to dial conversation in to an appropriate level. Pretty different here to the likes of tinder et al, if that’s all you’ve previously experienced (like me).

I'd call that more fab fatigue than anything else and I think most people here experience it at some point. I have and took a small break. Some time away usually rekindles interest i've found. Same goes for many others i've spoken to.

It can get that way. I channel my energy elsewhere until things change. At the moment I'm rekindling my fiction writing (here, Stories section). Trying to finish one of my older stories, started a fairly epic one just before Christmas, and had inspiration for a new one today. (Out of her League, Hope, and Summer Rain)

I'm so much of a timewaster I've just given up, apart from an odd foray into the forums, and bought a newish camera.

You're not a time waster, It can be daunting on here sometimes and its nice to just step back. Im the same as you, nothing is exciting me at the moment so im stepping back for abit.Im stating it on my profile too so men know that if they message theres no play for a little while but happy chatting xx
