We have a 15 mile run to do today. We'll wait a few hours for the bad weather to pass and go out late afternoon.
Good luck to all the runners this week x |

So I'm casually scrolling through facebook and I see the words free hoody. And just like that I've spent 160 quid and will be running 4 marathons in 4 days next February!! |

A couple of shorter runs so far this week, but I've a 12k trail on Thursday night.... Going to be interesting to see what debris might have fallen in the winds this week, a few more obstacles to manoeuvre |

I'm beginning to hate storms, I didn't exactly like them before but..
Sunday - 2 hours on the treadmill watching my fence and garden shed get torn to bits by Ciara.
Monday - 8 miserable miles in the rain, wind and cold. Picked the wrong gloves and my fingers were frozen stiff by the time I got home.
Today - 8 miles in windy conditions, not half bad.
Now I hear Storm Dennis is on its way this weekend |

That was a windy parkrun! And muddy! Only 20 seconds slower than last week which I'm quite chuffed with given the conditions and a hard 8 miles last night. Resigned to a long run on the treadmill tomorrow though |

Well I decided to go to my local park run. Under 30 mins. Not a pb, but with 3 hills, and my old man coming to watch was a huge thing for me today. It was my 10th completed park run!!!!! Happy days |
