I have no idea what I have done with my seetings, but certain words on fab and other websites keep getting highlighted and have links to web sites,

Has anyone else had this problem??

Hmm, have you installed any extensions recently?

Or perhaps a new toolbar?

There was a tool bar on chrome on the weekend, but disappeared, and now have certain words highlighted going to adverts.

Cannot find a way of getting rid of it

Click on the 'Spanner' icon on the right hand side of the URL bar and then select "Extensions".

This should show a list of the installed extensions in Chrome and allow you to remove them.
