Phil from this morning just declared on national TV that he is gay. Was emotional to watch him being real and honest. Seeing the support of his friends too. What your experience of telling others of your non heterosexual sexuality? |

I only confessed to 1 of my siblings (a sister). I don't feel the need to tell the other siblings about some of my private life.
I think many of them know of my sexuality based on my demeanor but we just don't talk about it.
I respect the opinion of my culture, religion and society and keep my private life private.
I know it's different in the western world (US, Europe) but that is how it is in my current place. |
