A jolly day off today. So a good cycle ride and then some woek around the garden . This evening it's early to bed as I have a silly oclock start tomorrow  |

I have my son this weekend, collecting him this afternoon
Can tend to curtail some things, especially as he's an adult and I can't send him to bed early very easily ...

It's my long run tonight in preparation of the marathon I'm. Running in April and then a few drinks with mates down the local, love the easygoing nights. |

I shall probably go and choose some paint to decorate the bedroom with (which is pencilled in as tomo night's job) and then unwind with a few beers in front of Stevie the TV

I (her) have been out for a tempo run, had a lush dinner cooked for me by my lovely boyfriend and am now in the bath having a soak. Then a chill out evening with family. We had a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle of the Avengers delivered today ...  |
