If you can’t have cake what bun/sweet treat do you like, a Belgian bun or butterscotch & pecan yum yum from Waitrose always hits the spot for me

The little independent cafe next to work makes them, they’re swirly round with a kinda custardy bit and raisins and they’re amazing!!
