So I started a job 2 weeks ago, things aren't going as I saw them.
Do I've been proactive in searching for another job, had a phone interview Monday and find out if I'm successful today.
I plan to let the boss know after work today if I get the job as would start Monday.
What's the best way to word it ? 'I'm quitting' is too abrupt |

"unfortunately I’m not enjoying the role and I’d like to give notice. My last day will be XX.
I’d keep it brief "
That's a great option, i don't really want an extended meeting as my minds made up, as it's under a month I don't have to give any notice. |

I agree completely about keeping it brief and polite. And I really hope you get good news on Monday |

Always honesty is the best policy...
1. respectful approach
2. not leaving anyone in limbo
3. being proud of taking a lead for yourself
4. list of benefits just go on and on
Take it from there and good luck |
