Interview excited but apprehensive

Well have an interview tomorrow which may be an exciting change of career path if get it from front line work to a 9-5 office and education based thing.
Excited as it will give a huge life balance and also mean it will mean I can reduce the impact work has on my knee that was operated on year and half ago.
I used post about that in the recovery stage as don’t have friends to speak and vent and talk to so the site helped me survive the period lol.
After the operation and long recovery of 9 months went back same front line work but still struggle with knee as type work and physical demand means it constant strain and thus means lots pain flare ups.
So a new reduced job would mean I could teach an help people but also help me and let me take pressure off my body.
I’m apprehensive though as I know I love my job and stuff and also miss caring and helping people but also I’m on nights so it’s at 9 am after 3 nights and before another so worry my brain be tired and struggle as I had interview for current role to be senior and didn’t get and manager said being on nights impacted me and meant I came over poor and not am focused so now am worrying will be like that again.

You sound absolutely lit up, that’s great news. Hope you get it! When you walk in for the interview, really take in the surroundings and the people and imagine yourself walking in there as a fully fledged employee. So much love and luck to you x |

Usually I do great in interviews and always get good feedback if don’t get about my attitude and style and approach.
Guess last one made feel rubbish as I know if hadn’t done 4 nights I’d have got job as I was best person and frustrated me as person who got is so poor and ask me for advice even now 6 months later. But when phoned me instead saying oh bad luck etc manager went oh your nights impacted you as previously you been great but you just didn’t answer good and seemed sluggish I was shocked as interview was 2 hours after night 3 of 4.
Same situation tomorrow but will try best |

Seemed to go ok but who knows now after that finally off bed for sleep before back work tonight.
Sill idea interview after 3 nights and then back for more lol |

Got woke up as sleeping due to nights and I only got the new job and promotion yipeeee
So no more shifts it’s nice Monday to Friday and a new life wow |
