Probablly either christmas cake or a bakewelll cake

My old job was new product development within a dessert/cake company. Once made a bakewell cake with jam swirled into the almond sponge on top so it carmalised with creme patissiere as the filing and fondant iceing on top with cherries. it was amazing!!

http://www.mademoiselledesserts.com/medias/images/gamme-patissiere/familles/uk/produits/Big%20Bad%20Bakewell%204-cropped.jpg

This is the exact one

Homemade or bought in? just wondering as i saw the company i worked for a currently doing an earl grey and lemon drizzle cake. We did all the cakes for places like Costa and Nero. Most of the big breweries used us aswell.
