Motorcycle track days. At one pint in my life I’d do one every fortnight from early spring to late autumn.
They were even better when I started using an RGV250. Thing was like a scalpel, just pick where you wanted to pass the bigger stuff (except in a straight line) & ride past.

Long slow paced runs where I can absolutely zone out,
- shooting pool or playing snooker on a really good table with other good players,
- the drive from the airport into a new city you've never visited before or one you've visited but just love going back to.
- running the first 5k of a marathon with thousands of other crazies, then last 100m of a marathon with the end in sight. |

Scuba diving, swimming with dolphins and whalesharks, pillion on a motorbike at really high speeds, go karting and catching a really good wave right in to the beach on a body board. |

I used to have a room mate in Uni that did this with a plucked feather. He's scrape the feather and leave just a bit on the top.
Then he'd stretch out on the bed and make the funniest of noises, his facial expressions were quite out of this world  |

This sounds mad Back when I rode motor bikes I had a few accidents a couple I took flying lessons over the top I went on a couple of them that point between your ass leaving the seat to your head hitting the floor is the most intense rush IV ever experienced pleasure as well worth the pain there is not much in life you can say that too |
