Do you, or have you, done vagina exercises to improve sexual performance? Did they work?

I didn't do them to improve sexual petformance; it was just a pleasant side-effect.

I was having some treatment for a health issue and was advised that doing weighted kegels would aid recovery. My recovery was relatively smooth so I think they probably helped, but my FB of the day said he noticed a significant difference to my grip during orgasm. When I clenched, I *really* clenched.

I didn't notice much difference to my pleasure, but he certainly did!

I do pelvic floor exercises, have done since having children over 30 years ago. Its something the midwives suggest you do after you've had a baby.

I don't know. I've always done them, had my child at 19 so I did them from then. Never pee'd when sneezing and I seems to grip willys well enough

definitely pelvic floor excercises. i do squats with weights, kegels, bridges and split tabletop (you can also use the bands doing that excercise)

I do my pelvic floors whilst sitting at traffic lights and have done for years since having children. I'm not sure how my vagina compares to other women's. I've never asked anyone. However it seems to work...
