Can France upset England tomorrow?

Reply privately (closed, thread got too big)

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

Only thing to read into the Wales/Italy game is that Italy are destined for the wooden spoon again and that Wales will be hard to beat again.

Well done Ireland, ring a Wiganer glad to see big Andy getting a winning start, although a draw would have been a fair result.

Just hopes he starts with Cooney; best scrum half in Europe so far this season.

In the real rugby news of the weekend Wigan beat Warrington. (Only kidding)

Cooney is far superior this season to Murray

He has been an absolute diamond for Ulster

They could have still been in the Ireland 22 now and still wouldn't have crossed the whitewash (unless Hogg dropping the ball over it counts)

Fresh as a daisy this morning

Been watching highlights of the games .

Even more pissed off that Scotland didn’t win - Ireland were lucky to get away with it yesterday, Scotland were on top of them for big chunks of the match, but then Scotland did that usual thing of working hard to get to the position of being able to score, and then not finishing it!

I’m not sure he will be replaying the actual vt of the howler - but he will be replaying it in his head.

Coaches job now is to get him mentally sorted and focussed on the next game

French are the dark horses of this 6N - The players they have this will be a french win

Eddie Jones before the game.

“France can expect absolute brutality from England, we are going to go out there to make sure they understand what Test rugby is."

Halftime: France 17-0 England

I’m looking at it as the first option

I think it would be a different score if we didn't lose Manu Tuilagi early on in first half

England’s play on the late part of second half much better and looked dangerous when they had ball.

France - disappointed they fell away, but deserved the win.

Shame England got the bonus point as that puts them just above Scotland on points difference
