Mrs here am super happy with myself as managed minute of box jumps which I really struggled with a first. I also smashed out 6 75kg deadlifta on my first big weight try. Who else feels awesome when they manage new things with their body? My major goal is a pull up and am on route

Wow well done!

At the moment I'm focussing on my dips, pull ups (assisted at the moment) and running. The running sucks so much

Wahoo. That's awesome. I've just seen off another PT so I'm back in the wilderness but I can squat 65kg without the bar holder thingymajig which doesn't sound much but for me is amazing.
