Good morning PP, and everyone
Woohoo it's Friday!
Mr will be going out tonight and I (her) will pick him up from train station wearing a very naughty outfit and then we will go for a drive and have some in car fun... so excited 
On Saturday we have a night out with our friends and a quiet Sunday. Fitting in our running training in amongst all of this too.

The training is going well, I (her) have a half day today and will get out for a 5 mile tempo run and have a 14 mile run on Sunday.
Hope you are enjoying the beautiful hills and mountains in your back garden
