So ive had a day off yesterday, ive come into a whirlwind of shit today because of complete incompetence.
So im looking for positivity please.. before i loose more hair!

Just take an additional day off and leave them to sort it out?
If not an option focus on the fact that your better at your job than they are and that is an achievement in itself |
