When on Earth does this ever happen? In real life?"
In Asda by us last week...young girl, short skirt, bent over and we got an eye full |

I don't think so, she seemed to be doing it for the men, maybe she was trying to cheer them up as hey were being dragged out to do food shopping by us women.
It put a smile on Mr Ruggers face though, so it worked |

"Cool guess there must have been a law change making it legal again cool with i could keep up "
Which bit do you think is illegal, a person bending over and showing her drawers or someone looking at her bending over showing her draws?
If that is illegal then is looking at someone peanut smuggling or a bulge in a pair of pants?

Maybe an exhibitionism loving girl looking to get her kick out of knowing she's being watched .
Who knows , we all have our own kinks , if she got what she wanted for herself out of it and giving a few people cheeky grins in the process , I don't see anything wrong with that .

I always smile when I cop an eyeful of something illicit, whether the woman deliberately flashes or otherwise
Best one was in a park one summer, years ago. I was lay on the grass, on my back, chatting to a mate but with my eyes closed against the sun. I either heard, or sensed from a shadow, someone approaching. It was a young woman, possibly with a bf, who stepped over my face. I opened my eyes at just the right moment to see straight up, and that she was wearing tiny panties with a few hairs poking out either side (which is a look I quite like BTW)
Once he'd stopped laughing, my mate said "I bloody KNEW you were going to do that"
She knew what she was doing.... |

I have a friend who's a probation officer. She has a service user who lost a quite high profile job and got a criminal record for looking up a woman's skirt in the queue to pay in a supermarket. |

The creepy old man at work that thought I was flirting with him when I was just being friendly used to think my bra strap showing me flirting.
I was only friendly because I was 20, he was about 63 and reminded me of my grandad |

"No,women who purposefully flash and tease in public
The man explained here what he meant" is that not indecent exposure then as in flashing which is also illegal? Not everyone would be happy to see that |

I agree, they wouldn't, if the people are doing it intentionally including the young lady ( not that young but just younger than us ) in the shop then I suppose they could be nicked for it if someone complained...but that wasn't what you were talking about so it seems |

That just sounds creepy as fuck. From the describing the ‘panties’ to the hairs. Also who are these women that do this stuff.
This comment and the thread just reminds of the ‘sniffing the sand piss’ thread of years gone by.

Sorry, it wasn't meant to. It's just that it was such an unexpected thing to happen - which I didn't instigate, or do anything to encourage - it has stayed in my memory far longer than it should have
As for the other thread, I don't even want to know |

Presumably he either used a mirror, or did something pretty blatant which made his intentions clear? Whilst I'd never condone anything very deliberate like that, I'd be concerned if the law ever reached the stage where looking in a particular direction could result in prosecution!
I've certainly been "guilty" in the past of enjoying a spontaneous and accidental view when women have inadvertently revealed more than intended in supermarkets etc. That's very different to pre-meditated invasion of privacy though. |

Erm, he got on the floor on his back and looked. He was escorted out by security but someone reported him to his place of work. |

I rem_mber going to work early one Summer's morning on the bus, most people on it were male, seeing a very pretty woman walking to work but she must have been in a hurry after she went to the bathroom as she had tucked her skirt into the top of her knickers, she had gorgeous legs and a wonderful bum, even the bus driver slowed down of course we eventually informed her once she knew what we were telling her she looked a little sheepish pulled her skirt out and gave us a curtsey, smile and wave, is this what you mean by upskirt? |
